HOW THE EVERLOVING HELL DO YOU SHOW UP FIRST TO EVERY SINGLE POST PEPPER MAKES

OH NO, IT'S BUCKY.

No, but seriously, Pepper really was charmed by Bucky when they first met. She was half-amused by the initial part of the exchange, especially after it was established that they were both in committed relationships. Almost immediately she felt really comfortable around Bucky. Maybe it's the whole Steve thing, but maybe it really is that residual charm of Bucky's former skirt-chasing days. Either way, he's fun to be around.

Another thing is that it meant a lot to her that he was willing to open up and befriend her so swiftly. Even being "Tony's dame" and a pseudo-acquaintance of Steve's, that was a lot to let a person in on. That conversation in the bar really endeared her to him. So, she'd love to spend more time getting to know him better, if he's up for it ever.

Good for you, Bucky! You've left a very excellent impression on her and she cares a lot about you already. And it's not just a superficial concern, either.

THOUGH, SHE'S REALLY APOLOGETIC FOR TONY'S BEHAVIOR. (ESPECIALLY THAT PARTY. Forever apologizing. They still need an awkward double date.) Even at Camp, Tony is a child and she has to apologize to everyone. No wonder Pepper doesn't have any friends at home.

OH GOSH. Let me just say that yes, yes, yes. OOC comment that: yes, you are the best Tony Stark and I will cut anyone who thinks otherwise. FIGHT ME, GUYS.

Despite the current FRUSTRATION of the superpower thing, Tony is being really adorable. Though, it's a little bit much for her at some moments, but she understands why he's so concerned over this and with him telling her that he'll give her room if needed? Wow, that was a big improvement.

She feels bad that he's been dealing with camp alone (at least in the emotional support category she'd been helping to provide), but is glad, no, grateful that Steve has been here and kind of broken down some of his guards and actually made friends. She's proud of you, Tony! Friends. Even if you're still awkward and think that hugging is gross and Steve has cooties. (No, she still won't slap him for you, okay.)

But wow, this is also one time where rules are in the way. Sure, rules are great occasionally, but you can usually bend or get around them or make new rules, but this one kind of sucks a lot. At least they have the rest of the relationship, but that one rule kind of ruins a lot of things. Not that Sex is the end all, be all, but it sure as hell is a nice stress reliever. And let's be real, Tony is a very attractive man. She just hopes that it isn't going to drive him up a wall, but she also knows that he would prefer her here then elsewhere.

. . . which, uh. SHE REALLY HOPES SHE CAN HELP HIM WORK THROUGH SOME THINGS. Not that she expects him to be any less of a cocky little shit (he's charming when he's not being too self-destructive or using it to lure ladies into the sack). It's just she hopes they can mmmmaybe work on some of those issues. Like the fact that his communication completely sucks. It was still your fault on the plane for not coming out and saying you were dying. "I don't want to go home. Ever." does not translate to PEPPER I'M DYING, HONEY.

But endgame, she loves him. Pure and simple. Even with his neurotic and narcissistic behavior and ruining dinner parties. (You are going to have to make it up to her when she's not so superpowered, Mr. Stark.)

tl;dr I WANT TO PLAY WITH YOU FOREVER. Tony is her adorable trainwreck of a man and she wouldn't give him up for anything. ♥

Shiba Takeru:

Their first meeting was an interesting one! She's glad to hear that Tony was able to help him through that memory, hard as it was for both of them to go through that. He seems like a really nice guy, if she gets the impression of quiet/loner type from him. Or maybe stoic is the best description.

Anyway, she hopes to get to know him better and maybe get him and Tony to play nice and become friends. Since Tony needs more friends. And her bets are that Takeru is in the same boat and should make more friends, too.

OH. And she's super sorry that she not only seemed to bother him with her talk, but also ended up standing him up for the lunch. (DAMMIT, TONY. AM I GOING TO HAVE TO APOLOGIZE TO EVERYONE IN THIS POST BECAUSE OF YOU?) So. She has to make up for that when she's not all messed up from her powers.

Percy Jackson:

They haven't talked much, but he seems like a good young man. She wouldn't mind talking to him again. And points for him introducing himself first! Quite polite right there. Points for you. Now we just need to mistletoe them.

Jean is actually really kind of bummed he never got to work shit out with her? Mainly because HI, YOU LEFT DURING AN AWKWARD TIME. I DIED AND HAVE NO ONE TO TALK TO ABOUT IT? WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT.

But, in the same breath, he's glad she's back home and there doesn't have to be this weird whatever between them. Especially since he's got a boyfriend and what the hell is this shit? Fuck this place.


That said, Jean should get to know more of Percy, too! \o\ Not much of an impression right now. Just kind of on neutral grounds and "wtf is a demigod."

Bucky and Tony might not be happy with that, BUT IF YOU INSIST...

STEVE IS SO CUTE. Pepper finds him to be so wholesome and his politeness is so adorable. Though, she is glad she they've slid into first term names. (As am I . . . I mean, come on, Mr. Rogers. Though, in retrospect, she probably should call him Captain? idk, idk. ANYWAY.) The switch from just acquaintances to friends has been interesting. Being thrust in like she was and going into Responsible Adult mode kind of kicked her relationship with Steve and Bucky into a closer spot.

ALSO, when she thinks about it, the whole fact of Steve coming out like that is really kind of a Big Thing. Since she realizes he's still adjusting to current events and how the world has changed. Though, she did realize that partially at the time and figured it wasn't something she needed to make a big deal over, either. But the point is that him telling her left a very good impression on her?

Sheeeee kind of right now does feel closer to Bucky, but is glad that BOTH of them don't feel threatened by her getting close? I mean, she knows that they know she is currently in a relationship with Tony, but that still certainly doesn't stop boys from being jealous or weird about lady friends. Even if the boys act like irrational kids, in this case, it's like OH GOOD, THEY'RE BEING RATIONAL ADULTS FOR ONCE.

But as mentioned above, she is extremely grateful for Steve having been there with Tony. Hopefully Steve knows how much that means to her, but she will also probably try to properly express that. 'cause honestly? She doesn't know how Tony would have survived without someone taking care of him. And not just in the eating/sleeping part of it. He'd be even worse off emotionally if he had to go it alone. So. "thank god 4 u, steeb."

ALSO, SORRY ABOUT THE ENGAGEMENT PARTY. She didn't want to make a big, huge deal out of it and that dinner (ALBEIT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AWKWARD) was supposed to be low key. She is so sorry she was out of sorts from having just gotten back to camp and didn't even think about who they were dealing with in this case. She'll make it up to you. To both of you. Promise. And by that, make sure Tony doesn't do something horrible by making a ridiculous mock wedding or something at some point.

tl;dr SORRY I RAMBLED ABOUT ALL OF YOU DYSFUNCTIONAL BOYS ON YOURS, STEVE. You're a good guy and an amazing friend to Tony and she really would like to spend more time with you and ~bond~ as friends.

So, hey, guess what? You were always the right dance partner. No matter what, things fit like a glove. In this case, that metaphor really works since Steve has two gloves.

As much as it breaks her heart that, in many ways, he has moved on, she is also happy that Steve was able to live. Not just survive. Not just trooper on and fight bad guys and save the world, but actually live. It took her off guard, but whoever makes Steve happy is what is important. It doesn't matter what the person's sex is. Especially since times have changed so much and she's still living in his past. Despite the fact that she will always, always hope for another dance, she is glad Steve here has his own dance partner.

The one thing she hopes is that now he has more sense of closure. That the one final meeting between them here was enough to help him close that chapter in his book and there wouldn't be anything lingering or potentially getting in his way. She cares too much about him to be a lingering regret. And she also hopes she wasn't that kind of thing, even before she came.

No matter what her future brings, she will always love Steve. Not Captain America, but Steve Rogers. After all, why else would she keep a picture of a scrawny boy from Brooklyn around?

Nico di Angelo:

Makoto thinks he is a pretty nice guy, even if he's a bit on the gloomy side! But that's really okay, since not everyone can be as upbeat and chipper like Nagisa can be. And he thinks it's pretty adorable that Nagisa is being a creeper on him.

Even with the Gloom and Doom feeling, he still would like to play nice and make friends with Nico. Partially because the kid seems like more friends are important and all that jazz. Besides, now they have A Secret To Take To Their Graves that they share.

Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III:

HE'S A LITTLE FREAKED OUT BY YOUR DRAGON, DUDE. But you seem like a nice enough guy. The word despite was settled in a civil manner, which is always a plus! So, he wouldn't be opposed to talking to Hiccup again and getting friendly with him. ♥

She is still really off about the dragon. On the one hand, oh good! It didn't ruin the party, but on the other hand, it's a dragon. Also, wow, she never wanted to see your dragon give vomitcake to Bucky. Thanks for that. But Hiccup himself seems like a nice guy and she wouldn't mind meeting him again! o/

Nico di Angelo:

Oh GOSH. Cutie. Pepper finds him quite an adorable little charmer. And it's not just because certain qualities remind her of Tony Stark. He's his own man, after all! She can tell that he's a little awkward about being complimented, so she makes sure to tread lightly on there and not sound insincere with her words to him.

While she doesn't know a lot about him or any of the demigod stuff, it probably wouldn't bother her if she found out. I mean, it'd be a little weird, but she wouldn't overreact to it, either. Especially since she has seen other parts of him. Nico is Nico. No matter what his background. He's a good kid, to her, even if he's a bit gloomy.

So, she'll keep at him with her smiles and charm because he's an adorable boy who seems to need the support like that. Help his confidence or what have you.

GOSH. Alvis, you're so adorable. When Alvis was turned little, for some reason, he went into a BIG BROTHER, MUST PROTECT mode. Not sure if that's just because of being a soldier and protecting people, but for being a pretty self-serving jerk, it was really, really cute of him to take that step. I think it was the fact that she seemed so afraid of Dio and was willing to trust him so easily? It was strange for him.

But a really good thing for him, to be honest.

Now that she's bad to normal, he's not as sure how to treat her. Especially since there's like . . . what, a two year age gap only? But he still has some lingering protective instincts from that deaged time, so. Yes. \o\ And the idea of the snowman after him melts his heart. (Not that he'd say that part.)

I am so happy you brought him in for fourth wall. You have no idea. You are such an adorable Haru, I just want to pinch his cheeks.

Makoto is so bummed that Haru had to go home. He really is, but he was so happy that Haru came at all. What happened during their brief time together left a very strong impression on him. (Boyfraaaaands ♥) And he's grateful they had the mistletoe to break the ice between them. It was the perfect catalyst because we both know they'd just be silly bffs forever without a nudge for mistletoe. ♥
